Oh Honey!!

Oh how I love honey. Did you know that historically, honey has been used by humans to treat a variety of ailments, from gastric disturbances to ulcers, wounds and burns, through ingestion or topical application, but only recently have the antiseptic and antibacterial properties of honey been chemically explained.

Honey is not in our food and for our body and health but it is very beneficial if you use it on your skin.  Honey not only works for caring for everyday skin conditions, it is also used as a treatment for various skin problems.  Honey is a well known antibacterial and antifungal agent.  It is rich in vitamins, minerals, and amino acids.  Honey also contains powerful antioxidants which fight free radicals.  Honey is a humectant, which means it binds moisture to the skin.

Here is one of my best scrubs with honey. Honey Brown Sugar Body Scrub. Our honey scrub is loaded with honey and fantastic oils that blended together makes this scrub a soft and creamy texture. Easy to use and comes in this neat little bail jar for easy storage. It is made with Raw Brown Sugar, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Glycerin (Vegetable Glycerin), Honey, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Fragrance, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice and Honey fragrance.

This will be available soon on our website and this is also available at our Luulla.com shop
