My Holiday Baking Adventure

Thanksgiving has now come and gone and the turkey is still sitting in my fridge waiting to be finished off. Since it was just the two of us this year, we got a somewhat small turkey but still too much for the two of us. But the turkey sandwiches for lunch have been out of this world and very tasty. I love turkey sandwiches. I even made one with lettuce and tomato. MMMM MMM good. '

Well this Thanksgiving I wanted to try my hand at baking. I consider myself a pretty good cook, but not very good at baking. Whenever I start to baking project, it never never turns out the recipe states. I either burn it, forget something in the recipe, or it just flat out did not come out right. Well I took the chance over the holiday to make two delicious recipes. Pumpkin Pie Spice Bread, and Zucchini Bread. A wonderful lady from Etsy gave me the Zucchini bread and the first batch I really burned and had to toss it out. The second time I made it on Thanksgiving day. Well it turned out super moist and delicious. I never thought Zucchini would taste so good in a bread. Even my husband was loving my bread and he hates Zucchini. LOL.

Here are some Photos of my Pumpkin Pie Spice Bread and my Zucchini Bread that I wanted to share with you. If anyone is interested in the recipes, please let me know. It is so easy to make and the recipe is very simple to follow.

This is a cut slice of the Pumpkin Pie Spice Bread. It is super moist and delicious.

I am so glad that I attempted to make these delicious breads and I now have the confidence to try other baking recipes without the fear of ruining it. LMAO.

Thanks for letting me share my breads
